Master's Degree in related field will be a plus. Minimum 7 years of experience in Engineering and Manufacturing environment. Minimum 5 years of management level Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14000, OHSAS18001, GMP, HACCP, TQM Strong for planning , analyst thinking and people skills Knowledge Good command of English communication Job Comment Company : Multinatinal Company/ FMCG Responsible : • Plan and manage the approved annual budget and implementation plan in line with the requirements of the plant, company policy and direction. • Manage Preventive and Repair Maintenance activities by issuing Annual Maintenance Plan to ensure all machines are serviced as scheduled and ready for continuous production process as well as issuing Overhaul Plan of problem machines to obtain approval for implementation. • Review Breakdown Report, Maintenance Stock Report to ensure all production machineries, tools and facilities are ready and effectively functioning for continuous production without disruption. • Manage and supervise machine installation for the plant by designing process for modification and improvement and establishing Action Plan for foundation, ground and electrical work, closely monitor work progress to ensure the machines are installed within the set target date and given budget and in accordance to the production requirement. • Manage calibration on tools in the machineries and laboratory equipment by establishing Annual Calibration Plan to ensure all tools and equipments are serviced as scheduled as well as monitor and control the results of team performance through conducting random sample checks and reviewing Calibration Form completed in order to ensure accuracy in calibration process. • Manage and handle Engineering activities of the company through analyzing actual plant layout to identify improvement area and design plant layout as necessary and establishing Action plan to cover plant layout, new spare parts required, new machinery, equipment and tool required • Establish Spare Parts Planning based on Preventive, Maintenance and Overhaul Schedules with a review of detailed specification and approval of alternative specification as deemed necessary as well as monitor and control level of spare parts stock and appropriate storage. • Engineering and project management Salary : 65,000 - 85,000 THB Location : Chonburi Working day : Monday - Friday and half Sat       >> Click Here to request a proposal on line or Call (66) 038 743-378, (66) 038 476-573
