	Male or Female, Age 35- 50 years old
	Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
	Experience in the quality management system e.g. establish, plan, maintain and improve the system in the multinational firm for at least 8 years, particularly in the manufacturing business and or automotive related business.
	Strong management skills, problem-solving, decision making, high leadership, Proactive and good analytical skills.
	Knowledge in TQM quality assurance, quality management documentation and internal audit improvement tools e.g. 5S, KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma, QCC
	Good command in written & spoken English, Computer literacy (MS-Office)

Job Comment

Company : US / Automotive Company

Job responsible : -

- Manage and develop Technical team of 18 persons,
- Provide planning, direction for all technical aspects to ensure that product quality level, equipment utilization, material usages and facilities/utilities are fully optimized.
- Communicate to customer on technical aspects to serve the customer requirements.
- Leading a team of supplier quality engineers and inspectors to maintain quality assurance plans for all items in the manufacturing process.
- Analyzing warranty complaints and taking corrective action with suppliers.
- Conducting the Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP) for new parts developed with suppliers and also whenever modification takes place in the drawing.
