	Male/Female , age not over 50 years old
	Bachelor degree in Industrial engineering, production or related in engineer field
	At least experience 8 years in production with manufacturing industry and 2 - 3 years for management level
	Experience work medium size manufacturing with Multination company
	Having knowledge for ISO 9001, ISO14001, TQM, Kaizen, 6 Sigma /Lean , KPI
	Can do attitude , coaching and strong people skill
	Negotiate, communication skill, self driver and commitment , team player
	Good command of English
	Literal of Computer
