Corporate Name Reservation |
|
The name to be reserved must not the same or close to that of other company. The corporate name is valid 30 days. No extension is allowed |

File a Memorandum of Association |
|
A memorandum of Association to be filed with the Business Development
Officer must include the name of the company reserved , The province here the company location, it s business aim |

The capitals to be registered, and the name of seven promoters, the capitals information must include the number of shares and the per value. At the formation step, the authorized capital, although party paid, must all be issued. |

Convene a Statutory Meeting |
|
The share structure has been defined, a statutory meeting is called during which articles of incorporation and bylaws approved, The Directors is select the auditor appointed. A minimum of 25 percents of the par value of each subscribed share must be paid. |
|
Registration |
|
Within 3 months of the date of the Statutory Meeting, The Director must
submit the application to establish the company. |
